With Thanksgiving break and finals coming up, I have lots of homework and exams coming up, so I very have limited time to actually cook. I decided to make a quick snack that would fill me up. Today I am going to make air-fried sweet potatoes. Whether you are looking for a healthy snack or a nice side dish, this is a fantastic choice.
For this recipe, all you need is a sweet potato, olive oil (or any oil you want), and seasonings of your choice. To start you want to cut up your sweet potato into little cube pieces and put them in a bowl. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees, Then you want to add one tablespoon of oil into the bowl, add any seasonings you would like, and mix it all together. After the air fryer is heated up, place the sweet potatoes into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until it is cooked to your liking.
Once your sweet potatoes are ready, serve them as a snack, or side dish, or even add them to a salad or another dish to add flavor and texture. These sweet potatoes are perfect on their own or paired with a yummy dipping sauce of your choice. I hope you enjoy these air-fried sweet potatoes which are also a healthier alternative to traditional fried snacks.
This is such a great dish and it also really starts getting people and families into the holiday thanksgiving mood. Although I don't like sweet potatoes, I might give this recipe a try.
